Wanna chill out and enjoy a free breakfast 'Eat as much as you like' in our dining hall or huge sunny garden ? Or just play a game of pool, watch MTV or surf on the internet ? Well, Hostel Hütteldorf is 'the place of choice' for you in Vienna. We enjoy an awesome location close to the Vienna forest, yet only 20 minutes by subway from downtown and 5 minutes from the famous club 'U4'. In fact, we are the closest Hostel to the Schönbrunn imperial palace.

We have 60 bright, friendly and very clean rooms (2-7 bed dorms) with a total of 296 beds. Several dorms feature private shower and water tap and all feature lockers - just don't forget to bring your own padlock with you!

The rooms are closed due to cleaning every day from 09.30 am til 3.00 pm - if you arrive before 2 pm you can drop your bags in our luggage room for free!

Some of our services include a dining hall, free internet access, wireless LAN, outdoor ping pong, a stylish lounge with billiard, table soccer and satellite TV, a laundromat, and free private parking for cars and even for busses (in case you come by bus).

We also have bicycle rent directly at the premises.

The reception is open 24 hours ! No curfew !

The hostel is surrounded by a beautiful garden, which is perfect for sunbathing and games, or even for a picnic. We have chill-out garden furniture available free of charge for the guests.

We have a restaurant with international and Viennese cuisine, continental and American breakfast, vegetarian and diet dishes, as well as vending machines.

Direction

From the airport Wien Schwechat = VIE Vienna International:

Take local train S7 or CAT to 'Landstrasse/Wien Mitte', change to U4 (green underground line) until 'Hütteldorf' - take exit 'Hadikgasse' on left side at station - cross the footbridge and follow the sign '300 m hostel'...

(Tipp: S7 is a local train so it's cheaper: just € 1,70, CAT is faster but about € 8,--)

From railway station 'Wien West' :

Take U6 to 'Längenfeldgasse', change to U4 to 'Hütteldorf'

OR train S/R 50 to Hütteldorf - rest as above...

From railway station 'Wien Süd' :

Take tram line 'D' to Karlsplatz, change to U4 to 'Hütteldorf

OR train S 15 to Hütteldorf - rest as above...
