It's true, Phnom Penh first get its spotlight from the impact of war, but that's past now, which , yes, perfectly fits in here, but now it is wants to be itself, getting out the shadow of ashes of the past...

Cambodia has the eighth wonder in its backyard, but the true treasure in this country is the people in here, maybe because they have been through a hell...dealing with poverty and political instability, only thanks to their unbreakable spirit and believe they have survived.
