This is a modern edifice situated on the University Campus in Prior Street corner with Luis de Ulloa Street.
A contemporary design, two-storey building providing 155 single rooms including 4 adapted to use by disabled students. All the rooms are equipped with furniture, kitchen with all amenities, telephone, Internet connection (WIFI), bathroom with a toilet, bath towels and bed sheets with blankets.

The Building has been designed following European trends and standards with a consideration given to the challenges of modern life, with the aim to meet all the needs of a present-day student. It seeks is to contribute to accommodation offer for students available nowadays in Logroño offering a short as well as long term stay.

With the aim of adapting to student's needs there is an option to rent a single room with a single, two singles or a double bed.

Reception open from 09:00 to 14:00 and 16:00 to 19:00
