The house is new and extremely well designed and furnished. Very light and spacious with an awesome dog. We use solar power and a water table (All water from the taps is drinkable). We offer a large outside area with barbecue, well-equipped kitchen for guest use, free wi-fi, cable TV and transportation to airport, highway, parties etc.

Mixed suites with brivate bathrooms, balcony, sofa, comfortable bunk beds in a well ventilated area. Chests individual beside the beds to store luggage.
A nice bedroom for couples with double bed, private bathroom, balcony, TV, DVD, wardrobe, table, chair and luminaria, very comfortable.

If you have to cancel your booking, you must do it at least 48hrs before arrival.

Depending of the period of your booking you will be charged 50% in advance in order to secure your booking (non refundable), you may be contacted by the property requesting the CVV code of the credit card used for this booking or asked for a deposit.
This also applies if your booking is during a national holiday, New Year´s eve or Carnival.
