The Backpacker Hostal Angra dos Reis , who is in town bearing the same name, 150 km from Rio de Janeiro , is located within the Atlantic Forest , with a spectacular sea views and Pico Frade , a natural, virgin surroundings for those seeking peace and quiet to rest , also more contact with the locals , since we are located in a village of fishermen and common people , where they can have the adventurous backpackers the opportunity to emerge in the daily life of residents and real culture location.

We have rooms with capacity for 4 people with their own bathrooms , there are grocery stores and bars that are in town , this internet cafe and the beach 500 meters away .
We offer tours of the islands and beaches of Angra dos Reis and Ilha Grande in boats of fishermen and locals , a way to develop and help the local economy , far from avid tour operators , who charge very expensive addition to lead you where you want and always with great throng of tourists , without regard to protected natural reserve .

Our tours are for hidden beaches and deserted islands without the presence of mass tourism , but of incredible beauty frequented by locals and fishermen , where we can make our own barbecue fish and shellfish , drinking caipirinhas , without being obliged to go eat at restaurants , as do the tour operators of boating , especially on the Big Island . Our tours lasts for a whole day, we can also make excursions to famous places , Blue Lagoon, Beach Dentist , it always depends on the tastes and budget of the clients , we always opted for letting customers choose what they want to know .
