Baan Aoulabah has 9 rooms,
- 4 dorm rooms. 2 female rooms with a shared bathroom. And 2 mixed rooms with private bathroom.
- 5 private rooms, with big double bed.
All rooms have Air-Conditioning.
In the whole guesthouse we provide Free WiFi.

The building has 4 floors. On the rooftoop you can chill and enjoy the view over Chiang Mai and Doi Suthep.
