The first floor has one dorm room with four beds and it's own bathroom and the other four rooms are private with shared bathrooms. Our top floor has one dorm room with four beds and two bathrooms. We have Wifi, cable, hot water 24/7, fully equipped kitchens on both floors, laundry services are available.

Only one block away from Plaza 14 de Septiembre (main square of Cochabamba), two blocks away from Av. Ayacucho and Av. Heroinas (main intersection in Cochabamba), and three blocks away from the 25 de Mayo market.
It is close to many museums, universities, restaurants, coffe shops and less than 15 minutes away from 'La Cancha'.
Our location means public transportation is availible as soon as you step out the door
