The best way to travel to Providence, Rhode Island is to stay in a place that oozes the city’s vibe. Because of that, The Good Will Engine Company is the brain child of a creative and visionary team of local artists and designers who have deep roots in the city. That thoughtful team is seeking to create a lodging experience that captures Providence, Rhode Island’s uniquely passionate and often irreverent soul.
Our 37 ridiculously comfortable, sturdy built-in bunks (they don’t creek or wiggle!) are distributed into 6 individually designed rooms, ranging from 4-10 bunks each. All bunks feature upgraded foam mattresses, fresh linens, individual reading lights, and charging outlets. There is a shared restroom with 2 private stalls, and a separate shower room (with rain shower heads!) with 4 private stalls.
In addition to comfy beds, all common areas are designed for comfort, too – relax, hang out, and spend time with other guests. Every detail has been chosen to welcome you to our Providence. There is a shared kitchen with all of the essentials, a large dining table, sitting area, and a cozy living room.
We are in an emerging area on Providence's South Side, very close to Historic Federal Hill and the hip, artsy West Side shops, cafes, and studios.
