When you're staying so close to the city centre you can easily walk to the River Thames, Tower Bridge, the Tower of London, the London Dungeon, St Paul's Cathedral, the Tate Modern Gallery and Shakespeare's Globe Theatre. These attractions don't need introduction - they're the reason thousands of tourists come to London every year.

There's also the Borough Market, a traditional fruit and vegetable market that also carries specialty food, seafood, organic and fair trade foods.
