Achalay is a family run, comfortable and friendly hostel with a cool atmosphere located in the heart of downtown Bariloche. Get the best of both worlds while you locate yourself in the buzzing city, yet only a quick bus-ride away from all the main outdoor attractions! They are located only three blocks away from the main square (Centro Civico) and the spectacular views of Nahuel Haupi Lake.

The staff is made of people like you, travelers who enjoy life and like to share their experiences. They are also very keen on help you in everything you need!

There are available single, double, triple and spacious dorms in music themed rooms! Lodge with The Beetles, Jimi Hendrix, Bob Marley, The Doors, Pink Floyd, Nirvana and of course The Rolling Stones!

The house offers a space for every mood, lay back and relax in our 'Chill out room' with free access to computers, make friends in their spacious 'Peace and Love' living room, party, make friends and eat to your hearts content in our 'La Boca' themed patio (equipped with a fully fledged 'parrilla', BBQ), a open terrance to enjoy the sun, and even a beautiful, well maintained garden to get that all important tan (weather permitting :-p) and of course re-fuel in our full-equipped, rustic style kitchen.
